- All sick children must be seen at the rooms with a booked consultation (special effort is made to accommodate all acutely sick children)
- Telephonic advice (or email preferably) is reserved for minor problems or queries and subject to the doctor being available at the time of the call
- For all emergencies after hours please proceed to Kingsbury Hospital Emergency Unit - +27 (0)21 670 4333
